At Honest Earth, we do more than provide all-natural and delicious products. We care about your privacy.

Idahoan Foods, LLC (“Idahoan”) values your trust and respects your privacy – and is committed to protecting them.

How does Idahoan gather and use customer information?

When you register for a coupon or survey, enter a contest or respond to our promotional campaigns we will gather certain personal information from you to respond to your request. For example, we will collect personal information such as your contact information, address, and information about products you use. In addition, we may use aggregate information to improve our website, but that information is never personally identifiable. Idahoan does not intend to collect information from children who are under the age of 18. If you do not meet these age limits, you should not provide information on this site and should ask your parent or guardian to do so for you.

Contests and/or Sweepstakes: Idahoan may offer contests and sweepstakes on the Idahoan sites. Because the rules and terms of each contest or sweepstake can vary, all information about each contest or sweepstake will be clearly posted during the event. All contests and sweepstakes are conducted in full accordance with United States federal and state laws. When registering for a contest or sweepstake, Idahoan requests certain personal information. At a minimum, the required information includes name and email address; in some cases, the user must answer mandatory survey questions about a range of other personal data. The information gathered in the entry form is used to:

  1. Verify the entrant’s identity;
  2. To send the entrant an email notification that their entry has been received;
  3. To contact winners and/or prize recipients; and
  4. To compile general, non-personal demographic information.

Surveys: Occasionally Idahoan may conduct on-line user surveys or polls to better target the content of the Idahoan sites and the Idahoan products to our Web visitors and the public in general. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our partners. We never share information about specific individuals with any third party.

Customer Support (phone or email): If you contact Idahoan for customer support, we will need to collect certain personal, product information to resolve your question or concern. Such information is then stored in a customer contact log, so that if you contact us again we have a record of your past service history.
